Surveillance:
This is a brief insight on how our surveillance operations work. We operate on a minimum of 5 operational hours per day, enabling us to ensure that sufficient resources are available to effectively monitor and respond to any situation that may arise. We do this so we have a better chance of getting our operators to cover your hours, thus maximizing the efficiency of our workforce. It also gives you a bigger window to gain the evidence required that day, allowing for thorough data collection and analysis. All information you do provide is securely kept in accordance with UK GDPR and ICO information data handlers, ensuring that your privacy and rights are respected at all times. We also do our due diligence checks and risk assessment if the information provided meets the requirements for surveillance to proceed. Which includes reviewing the nature of the request, evaluating potential risks, and ensuring that we operate within the legal frameworks established to protect all parties involved. This attention to detail guarantees that our operations not only meet your needs but also adhere to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. at the end of tasking, you will get a written report and all footage sent over to you.
Vehicle Tracking:
Like surevillance due diligence checks are taken to assess weather we can track your traget vehicle. although this is largley a grey area within the UK law, we only place trackers if the vehicle is in the public domain i.e public roads. our trackers are suplied with a minimum 7 day period and can be extended if you choose. you will have access to the tracking system via an app on your mobile phone. this access is only intented for yourself and ourselves so no third party can view the information.
Process Serving:
we cover documentation types that are required to be handed in person to subjects, ensuring that every detail is meticulously handled to meet our clients’ needs. we operate by attending a property up to 3 times within payment to assure documents are delivered efficiently and securely, thereby minimizing any potential delays in the process. if any issues arise during this procedure, you will be promptly contacted to derive an outcome where all parties are happy, allowing for a seamless resolution and maintaining open lines of communication throughout the entire transaction.
